Four questions before any yes
- Would I hand this to my own patient?
- Is it gentle enough for older skin?
- Does it help people move?
- Can I explain it in one honest sentence?
One “no” and we don’t sell it.
Her 6-week plan
Every product comes with Anna’s Warm 15 · Move 10 plan: short videos and a printable guide for the fridge.
- Weeks 1–2: wake things up with gentle moves.
- Weeks 3–4: build support with sit-to-stands and calf raises.
- Weeks 5–6: take it outside, with longer walks.
Her ground rules
- Start on the lowest setting, over clothing.
- 15 minutes of warmth is enough. Never sleep with it on.
- Warmth first, then movement: the pair works best.
